Walkthrough
  1. 1
Return to Windbluff Tower and head through the guarded gateway. Explore the western facade and the ruined eastern fortifications. Note the locked door to the south of a ruined structure; chests beyond are inaccessible for now.
  2. 2
North of the collapsed wall, east of the gate, find stairs leading to the walls. Head upstairs, turn north-east, and enter the keep through a partially-collapsed doorway to the north-west.
  3. 3
Continue north-west through another doorway and head downstairs to find two square chests.
  4. 4
Head back upstairs to the landing inside the keep, then go up another flight of stairs. On the next landing, go through a doorway to the north-east and turn north-west to find another square chest.
  5. 5
Backtrack to the walls outside the keep and continue around the battlements. Ignore the tower in the north-eastern corner and head north-west into a tunnel.
  6. 6
At the tunnel's end, the wall runs west. Ignore another tower and turn south, climbing a ladder to reach the gate.
  7. 7
Continue south onto the walls and follow them south-east. Climb atop another tower, then drop back down onto an east-running wall below. At the end of this wall, find another square chest.
  8. 8
Leave Windbluff Tower and begin exploring north. The familiar Deos Hills and Windbluff Tower are to the south. The area is populated by Direwolves and Snow Harpies. A Healing Spring to the south can cure wounds. Enemies are more numerous at night, making it more dangerous after sunset.
  9. 9
Explore the large area north of Windbluff Tower, east of the road, bounded by cliffs to the east. At the southern end of these hills is a shelter with a tarp.
  10. 10
Head uphill to the north-east, where apple trees grow. A square chest is located near some crates and a cart just off the road. You may encounter a Griffin, Cyclops, or Undead Warriors (at night), but Direwolves are most common. The area is marked by a large boulder to the north.
  11. 11
From the boundary boulder, turn north, cross the road, and head uphill towards Hillfigure Knoll. Be wary of Direwolves, Snow Harpies, and Undead Warriors (at night near the hillfigure).
  12. 12
Return to the hillfigure's spear and head north to find a small campsite. Loot a square chest for junk.
  13. 13
Continue north until you reach the cliffs. Follow the cliff-face west, dealing with Snow Harpies. On a boulder next to the cliff, find a Coin Pouch (1000 G).
  14. 14
Your path west will be blocked by a cliff overlooking a depression with a Snow Harpy nest. Follow the southern end of the ledge down to the nest to find a square chest south of the large boulder they rest on. An ore vein is along the cliff face north of this boulder.
  15. 15
From the Snow Harpy nest, head south to find a short road. Continue due south to find rock formations marking the entrance to the Dragonforged’s Sanctum. A square chest is located along the side of the western-most 'horn' outside the Sanctum entrance.
  16. 16
Return to the northern cliffs and continue west along them to a ridge overlooking the Dragonforged’s Sanctum formations to the south. On this ridge, find lootable sarcophagi and apple trees.
  17. 17
Continue west along the cliffs to reach the elbow of the road. You can follow the road south or west. Stick to high ground and continue west along the cliffs. South of the road, Snow Harpies lurk on rocks, with a ledge overlooking a cage beyond them.
  18. 18
Continue west, looting sarcophagi, picking up fruit, and fighting Snow Harpies. At night, also kill Undead Warriors.
  19. 19
Follow the cliffs and road south, then south-west.
