Walkthrough
  1. 1
Start from the northern end of the bridge connecting to Estan Plains and head north.
  2. 2
Go north off the road, over or around boulders, to find the 'Old Garrison' Goblin camp. At night, this area has a high concentration of Phantoms. You can find a rounded chest and a square chest here.
  3. 3
Return south to the road and take the north-eastern fork, marked as 'Conquest Road'.
  4. 4
Follow Conquest Road, keeping the beach to the south. At night, you will encounter Skeletons; during the day, Wild Boar may be present.
  5. 5
Continue north-east until you find large boulders inhabited by a few Goblins and a leader.
  6. 6
North of the easternmost boulder, you will find gravestones.
  7. 7
Continue north-east past more gravestones and ruins. The road will turn north, with sheer cliffs to the east.
  8. 8
Explore the area between the road to the west and the cliffs to the east. If it's night, more Skeletons will appear, joined by Phantoms further north. During the day, you will encounter Oxen.
  9. 9
Near the elbow of the road where it turns from north-east to north, you may find a sack caravan where Snow Harpies are often found.
  10. 10
Continue north until you reach Windbluff Tower, which marks the northern extent of your exploration in the Deos Hills.
  11. 11
West of Windbluff Tower are rocky hills often occupied by Direwolves, Skeletons, and Phantoms at night.
  12. 12
Explore west along the cliffs, looking for ore veins and apple trees.
  13. 13
Eventually, you will spot a glowing spring to the south, due south from an ore vein. This is the Healing Spring.
  14. 14
Enter the Healing Spring to be healed and gain the 'Impervious' condition for a short time.
  15. 15
You can fill empty flasks with the water from the Healing Spring to create 'Spring Water', an improvised healing potion.
  16. 16
From the Healing Spring, head west.
