    Enter Gecko and go to the nuclear plant.

    Talk to Festus and convince him to install the Hy-Mag.

    If unsuccessful, save the game and enter the nuclear reactor.

In the reactor control room, there is a working computer. You can access it to have a humorous conversation with an Enclave guard (complete with a talking head). The steps to initiate this conversation are:
