Grab the [Worn-Out Jump] sticker nearby. After defeating the Koopa, keep heading east. You'll find another [Worn-Out Hammer] a bit further on. There's also a [Hopslipper] inside a block, and a Koopa hiding in the front bush in the easternmost part of this area. Look closely at the northwesternmost bush – you'll find some tape there. Peeling it will reveal stairs allowing you to reach an upper plateau. Up here, you can grab a [Jump] sticker. Once you're on the plateau, take out the Koopa (maybe use that new Jump sticker you just found?) and grab the [Iron Jump] sticker in the background. Head back east, defeat the last Goomba in this section, and grab the [Slaphammer] from the block. Now, take the northwestern exit.
