    Enter the Incubation Lab and defeat any enemies present. Stealth is recommended.

    Once the room is clear, ensure you are fully healed and your weapons are reloaded.

    Stand near the back of the room and aim at the back right incubation chamber (relative to the Keycard area) with your Biosensor Scope-equipped weapon.

    You will see a Wrench inside a Regenerador. Aim at one of the Regenerador's weak points and shoot.

    This will release the Regenerador. Quickly take out its second weak point.

    Once the Regenerador is dead, it will drop the Wrench. Defeating other Regeneradors in the room will drop treasures, including Alexandrite.

    After obtaining the Wrench, you will need to upgrade the Keycard. Before doing so, ensure you are healed and reloaded as you will be ambushed by numerous enemies, including a Bull-Head Brute, while the Keycard updates.

    The best place to fight these enemies is in the same small area as the Keycard. Enemies will mostly funnel through the door, with some vaulting over the broken window opposite the Keycard.

    When enemies group up by the door, throw a grenade (one can be found on the trolley where the Wrench Regenerador was) to damage them.

    For the Bull-Head Brute, use your shotgun and aim for the head. It should take 3-5 shells, and a couple of shots will stun it.
