Part 15

In the next area, head through the red door and grab the [WEDDING INVITATION] from the bed. Collect [MAP FRAGMENT 10] from the right wall. Find the [PARISHIONER FOUND] newspaper in the save hub and the [MISSING PERSON POSTER - FERNANDO] from the notice board. Use any ordinary keys, upgrade explosive bolts, save, and leave.

Back in the 'real' world, move through the hall and enter the room to your right for a crate, [1 PART], and [4 HANDGUN AMMO]. Head down the ladder.

In the hall, kill the enemy near the spike trap switch and climb the ladder at the other end. This leads to a room with crates, [300 GREEN GEL], and a rigged treasure chest containing a [FREEZE BOLT] and [2 SHOTGUN SHELLS].

Return to the main hall and dismantle the trap. Lure the two regular enemies around the corner towards the pile of bodies and burn it.

Move through the hole in the fence, open the locker for [2 PARTS], and find [300 GREEN GEL] on the floor.

In the next hallway, note the oil spot. In the room ahead, find a [SYRINGE] in the red cabinet. Approach the bloody wall; the long-haired, multi-armed creature appears. Run back into the hall, past the oil spot, count to one and a half, use a match on the oil, and wait for the creature to be incinerated.

Head back to the room and collect [2 PARTS] from the corner. The locker contains [300 GREEN GEL] and a bird with a statue. Shoot the bird with your shotgun to collect the [ORDINARY KEY].

Continue back to the area where you fought the multi-armed creature. Follow her into the large room to start a boss fight.

Boss Fight: Multi-armed Creature - Use fire to damage her. Utilize the two flammable barrels and two torches. If needed, lure her to one of the ovens on either side and flip the switch in the adjacent hallway or up the ladder to inflict serious damage. After enough hits, she will collapse.

Go through the double doors and smash crates in the hall. In the next room, defeat three special enemies, preferably with your shotgun. Rip the cord from their spine when downed. The chapter ends upon defeating all three.

Collect the [CHURCH FLOOR COLLAPSES] newspaper from the table in the starting room and inspect the photographs. Move to the lobby, then the long hall, and follow the nurse to the right. Keep moving through the halls until you return to reality.

Move over the wall and collect a [HARPOON BOLT] from the silver case, then go upstairs. Follow the path until you spot a destroyed building. Climb the ladder, look for [2 HANDGUN AMMO], and shoot two crates for random items. The next house contains a [GRENADE] and another hanging crate. Beat the body to find an [ORDINARY KEY]. Make your way to the gate.
