Locate all 16 Personal Documents, divided by chapter and document number.

For Personal Document #1 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - November 2004), visit the first save room in Chapter 2: Remnants, found in a small shack after the lantern and Leslie events.

For Personal Document #2 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - December 2004), enter the save room inside the large house on the right in the main village area of Chapter 3: Claws of the Horde. The journal is on a cabinet.

For Personal Document #3 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - February 2005), head straight to the save room (marked with a red icon on the door) at the start of Chapter 4: The Patient. The document is on the door itself.

For Personal Document #4 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - March 2005), enter the save room at the start of Chapter 5: Inner Recesses. The journal is on the table inside.

For Personal Document #5 (Wedding Invitation), after reuniting with Joseph and Kidman in Chapter 5: Inner Recesses, enter the third save room door of the chapter.

For Personal Document #6 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - May 17th, 2006), visit the save room by the stuck elevator (where you burn the body) in Chapter 6: Losing Grip on Ourselves.

For Personal Document #7 (Lily's Birth Announcement), after entering the catacombs proper and during your lithograph hunt in Chapter 7: The Keeper, find the save room in the central hub area. The document is inside.

For Personal Document #8 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - June 16th, 2009), near the end of Chapter 8: A Planted Seed Will Grow, after a scene in a circular room upon returning to the hospital, find the document on a stretcher to the right.

For Personal Document #9 (Krimson Post Newspaper Clipping), once you enter the mansion in Chapter 9: The Cruelest Intentions, check the save hub door. The document is inside.

For Personal Document #10 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - February 27th, 2012), find this document inside the second save room in Chapter 10: The Craftsman's Tools, located after passing the second battery door. It is on some equipment.

For Personal Document #11 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - July 11th, 2012), after entering the office in Chapter 11: Reunion, head to the second red save door. The document is inside that room.

For Personal Document #12 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - August 2012), after navigating the area with gas and monsters in Chapter 11: Reunion, find the third save door of the level. The document is on the ground inside.

For Personal Document #13 (Journal of Sebastian Castellanos - September 1, 2012), look to the right at the start of Chapter 13: Casualties.
