You'll need to have progressed a bit in the main story and completed 'The Distress Signal' quest, which you get from Gladys on Groundbreaker. Once you've done that, head to Roseway, find Anton Crane, and he'll ask you to rescue his missing protégé, Jameson, from the old Auntie-Biotic Lab.

So, here's the plan: Exit Roseway through the southern gate. Keep following the road south, and watch out for any raptidons lurking around. You'll eventually spot the Auntie-Biotic Lab 0013 building just as the road starts to curve. Scout the area around the building and take down the two automechanicals you find. Consider them a heads-up for the kind of resistance you'll face inside.

This lab has two entrances: one on the north side and an elevated one on the south. Since Jameson is on the upper floor, using the southern, elevated entrance is a smart move. It'll let you bypass the automechanicals on the ground floor. Head inside through that southern entrance, then go down the hallway to the north. You'll find a room crawling with raptidons.
