Walkthrough

You'll start this quest by talking to a guard named Grimm near the landing pad in Stellar Bay on Monarch. He's got a bit of a corporate procedure to get through, but eventually, he'll ask you to track down a signed tossball poster he ordered. Apparently, he's been bothering everyone about it, so he wants you to do the legwork.

Your first stop is the MSI building to find Celia, who's hanging out near Sanjar. Celia won't be much help and will point you towards Velma in the warehouse.

Head to the large building on the north side of Stellar Bay to find Velma. She's just as focused on profit as ever in this quest. When you ask about Grimm's poster, she'll admit she has it but plans to sell it to Nell because Nell offered more money.

You can try to convince Velma to give you the poster. If you ask her about Nell, she'll mention it's locked in her office. You can try to pass a difficult [Intimidate 55] check, a moderate [Persuade 35] check, or bribe her with 588 Bits to get the poster.

Tips

This quest is pretty straightforward, mostly involving talking to NPCs.
Keep an eye on your dialogue options, as some skill checks can get you the poster without needing to bribe or intimidate.
