Starting the Quest: First things first, you need to find Nelson Mayson. He's hanging out near the entrance to Fallbrook on Monarch. Just follow the main road in, and the first house you see on the left (that's to the east) is where you'll find him. Chat him up, and he'll offer you a job to find some missing drugs. He starts by offering you 5% of the drug's value, but if you're feeling persuasive, you can try for up to 35% with a Persuade skill check of 100.

Finding the Drugs: Nelson will give you a SubLight Storage Key. Follow the main road east through Fallbrook, looking for the glowing median – it's way easier to spot than the road itself. When the road ends, head northeast towards the river. You're looking for a locked door. Use the key Nelson gave you to unlock it. Go through that door, and you'll find yourself in the caves where Nelson's sprats were supposed to be doing their thing. Surprise! Some raptidons have moved in and, well, they've probably made a mess of things.

Dealing with the Situation: You'll need to take out the raptidons first. Once the coast is clear, search the dead sprats scattered around the cave. You need to loot five of them to collect all of Nelson Mayson’s Drugs. After you've got the drugs, take a good look around the cave for any other loot before heading back to Nelson.

The Outcome: Back in Fallbrook, you have a choice. You can either hand over the drugs to Nelson, or you can try to pull a fast one. If you want to keep the drugs, you can pass a Lie skill check of 50. If you succeed, you can tell Nelson they were gone when you got there and score yourself some Adrena-Time x10. Now, Nelson's a bit of a drama queen, so even if you don't try to lie, he might accuse you of keeping the drugs anyway. If that happens, and you want to push it, you can even punch him.
