    HPS Building: Speak to Olive Yates (left-most cashier), then Wanda Chen (middle window, Window B). Wanda will inform you the parcel is out for delivery.

    Track Delivery: Leave the HPS building and follow the delivery route: northwest, then southwest at the intersection, up stairs, across a bridge, and search a corner house at a four-way intersection in the Estates District for a note indicating an unsuccessful delivery.

  • If you wish to avoid collecting the beast bits, you can pass an [Intimidate 40] check when Celeste asks for them, resulting in a reward of 375 Bits.
  • Components for the beast bits may not spawn until this phase of the quest is unlocked.
