Groundbreaker Security Checkpoint: First things first, head to Groundbreaker and find Cpl. Leonard Wheeler. He's chilling at a security checkpoint that separates the docks from the main Promenade. He'll tell you your ship's been impounded (bummer!) and then hit you with a favor: tell Dr. Wanda Dorsett to stop bothering him about an automechanical delivery that's running super late.

Sick Bay - Dr. Wanda Dorsett: Your next stop is the Sick Bay to find Dr. Wanda Dorsett. Deliver Wheeler's message, and she'll fill you in on Captain Irion, the guy supposed to be bringing her automechanicals. Turns out, Irion's a bit of a daredevil and might have taken a detour near Scylla, which is basically pirate central. Looks like it's up to you to play hero and go find him.

Scylla - The Landing Pad: Once you're ready, make your way to Scylla and land the Unreliable at the Scylla Landing Pad. After you disembark, head down a lift to the south. Keep going until you reach the southwestern edge of the area.

Scylla's Dangers: Be aware, Scylla is crawling with outcasts, primals, and automechanicals. Most of these enemies will be around levels 12-17. The automechanicals near the abandoned mining outpost to the east might be a bit tougher, so keep your wits about you. The main threat you'll want to watch out for is a unique primal called Col. Butterscotch – it's basically a souped-up Primal Behemoth, so don't underestimate it.

Rescue Captain Irion: Follow your quest marker until you find a camp. Captain Irion is being held captive there by some outlaws. Take them down – they're not too tough – and then have a chat with Irion. He'll explain his situation.
