Start the Quest: Head to the fishery warehouse in Stellar Bay and chat with Velma Ballard. She's got a problem: her pescatological health manager, Braxton, has gone missing. She's been covering for him, which sounds like a real drag. She'll also mention a worker strike involving Caleb Herrick and his crew, which can actually start another quest called 'Herrick's Handiwork' if you want to pick that up too.

Investigate Braxton's Apartment: Velma's first lead is to check Braxton's apartment. Make your way to the apartment complex on the southern edge of Stellar Bay. You're looking for the southeastern apartment upstairs. Funnily enough, it's right above the apartment where you might have dealt with 'The Stainless Steel Rat' quest. Once inside, check the desk for a note. This note will tell you Braxton was dropping off a 'care package' to the Mathers, who apparently live in the 'old runs south of Stellar Bay'. The note also implies he thought he'd be back soon, so keep an eye out for trouble.

Find Braxton: Your next step is to head south of Stellar Bay into the 'old runs'. The note suggests you might find him in trouble, possibly as raptidon chow. So, gear up and head out to explore that area south of the main settlement.
