[10-1-3] Skipping missions

Learn how to skip missions in Total Annihilation after failing, allowing you to progress without winning every level.

If you find a mission in Total Annihilation to be impossible, you can skip it after failing. On the score screen that appears after a mission, you will see a list of upcoming missions. The mission you were about to play will be highlighted. You can select the next mission in the sequence (the one you would have played if you had won the previous level) and then press the start button to proceed.

There is no straightforward method to skip missions directly from a savegame. However, you can initiate the mission, select your commander, and then press Shift-D to self-destruct. This action will cause you to lose the mission, display the scorecard, and then allow you to select the mission you wish to play next.
