New Features
Several new terrain features and Black Hole-exclusive weapons were added:

New COs and CO Powers
Advance Wars 2 features new COs for each force, with Black Hole gaining four additional commanders. All COs now have a normal CO Power and a Super CO Power, with Sturm being the exception, only having a Super CO Power.
