Await the Shogun Executioner's arrival.

Establish your base and build a Psionic Decimator (a new unit) as soon as possible.

Use passengers from Sudden Transports to garrison buildings to the North, defending against Soviet Infantry rushes.

Capture the Oil Derricks to the southeast, potentially by destroying nearby Barracks or Tesla Coils with VXs.

The Shogun Executioner will appear near the Derricks on the river.

Send Engineers via Sudden Transport to capture the first Soviet V.I.P. Bunker (which can Disguise itself). Consider destroying Barracks to prevent Bears from finding Transports.

Capture the second Bunker, or use the Shogun Executioner to destroy it if time is short. Sell any captured buildings.

Attempt to capture the Garage and Hospital in the plaza.

Destroy the bridges leading to the southern part of the map to restrict enemy access, being careful not to hit them with the Shogun Executioner.

Build an Air armada to counter numerous Soviet aerial and naval attacks, particularly Dreadnoughts and Kirovs.

Once the first two Bunkers are secured, use the Shogun Executioner to destroy Soviet Airfields to prevent further aircraft production.

Build Tengus and VXs to combat enemy aircraft.

Escort the Shogun Executioner to designated locations and destroy structures.

Save the Kremlin for last.

Use the Psionic Decimator on Soviet Refineries and destroy all Super Reactors to disable Flak Cannons.

Defeat Krukov's forces, including Terror Drones, Bullfrogs, and Dreadnoughts.

After the Kremlin is destroyed, use the Shogun Executioner's Special Ability to destroy remaining Flak Cannons.

Shoot down the Twinblade carrying the Time Machine with Jet Tengus and Striker VXs.
