Alright, let's dive into the "Graveyard of a foolish Fleet" mission in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. This one's set at Pearl Harbor and it's a tough one, rated Hard, but it's also pretty fun with a 5/5 factor. You'll be working alongside Naomi Shirada, and your main opponent is Warren, the Blue player. Your primary goals are to defend Pearl Harbor and then push out to destroy the Allies' Assault Base. There are also some secondary objectives: capture and defend the Long Range Radar Towers. This mission is where you'll get introduced to the awesome Naginata Cruisers and Shogun Battleships, so get ready for some serious naval action!

The story goes that General Tatsu's Spy found out the Allies are planning to attack the Japanese Colony at Pearl Harbor. We absolutely need to repel these invaders before any colonists get hurt. It's another one of those weird side effects from Zelinsky's time machine shenanigans, but hey, it means we get to play with some of the Empire's coolest naval units.

Walkthrough

First things first, deploy your Defender Cores near the western entry points on the island. You'll want to build up a solid ground force. Get a good number of Tsunami Tanks and Tengu, and don't forget to build some Subs too.

Your first major task is to capture those Radar Towers. Doing this will reveal the entire map, which is crucial since the Allies are going to hit you with both Naval Forces and Air Drops.

Keep an eye on the skies! Use your Tengu to shoot down any incoming Aircraft. Your Subs will be busy dealing with the enemy Naval Units.

After a while, some Naginatas will show up. Bring them into the fight to help push back the invaders. Keep up the defense; the Allies aren't going to make it easy.

Watch out for enemy MCVs trying to set up shop on the island. You need to destroy them before they can deploy and build up their base.

Once you've secured the area, it's time to go on the offensive. Use your new Battleships to destroy the Allied forward base located in the northeast part of the map. They have the range to do some serious damage from afar.

Tips

If you're struggling to defend the long-range sensor arrays (the bonus objective), consider leaving them alone for a bit. You can always capture them later once you've established some defenses nearby. In the meantime, using 2-4 disguised Sudden Transports as makeshift 'cameras' can help you keep an eye on things. This bonus objective should only activate once all arrays are captured.
Each of the two 'ports' in your area of responsibility comes with a set of repair drones. Make good use of them!
You'll definitely want to capture the MCV that Warren tries to set up on your doorstep. Why? Because it lets you build your own Shipyard! This means you can get your own Hydrofoils, which are super helpful against the Cryocopters Warren loves to spam. Plus, having your own Construction Yard gives you access to the weapon jammer. While Tengu can handle air targets, they can get shredded by Apollos, which often provide air cover.
Naomi will automatically capture two of the radar arrays. By using disguised Suddens as forward observers, you can leave the third one until much later in the mission, allowing you to grab both bonus objectives relatively quickly.
Warren really likes using Cryocopters, so delaying your Shogun Battleships until you can escort them with Hydrofoils is a smart move (this is why I recommend stealing his Construction Yard).
Following these tips, you should be able to ace this mission, even if Naomi gets into a bit of trouble. Interestingly, even with all that firepower, Warren doesn't seem too interested in destroying the monuments. Apparently, Nippon's 'Queen of the Seas' is a bigger prize!
