The Black Pony Pub area contains several pickpocketable purses on civilians and the barkeep, coins on tables, and in the cash register.

In the storage area beneath the pub (accessible via the Hatter pier), you can find extra pistol ammo and a grenade.

On the pier west of the pub, two Hatters are present. You can assassinate one from above and take the other unaware.

Loot in the Hatter area includes coins on outdoor tables and a star chart in the pub's storage room. A copper wire is also found here.

On the western pier, near the Dreadful Wale ship, there are four guards. Two are stationary near the ship and can be taken out with sleeper holds.

Coins can be found under a boiler between warehouses and on a rock by a sewer grate.

A copper wire is located on the upper deck of the Dreadful Wale. Board from the south side of the hull for easier access, but be aware of the guards. Alternatively, board from the north side, but hagfish will attack.

Once all objectives are complete, talk to Meagan Foster to learn about her alliance and your vow to visit Karnaca.

Tips

If you wish to collect all coins, decline to end the mission until you have found them all.
Exploration of the Dreadful Wale ship is restricted until later.
