This section details all the trophies and achievements available in Dishonored 2, along with the requirements to unlock them.

Trophies:

1. Fatal Redirect (B/10): Kill an enemy with their own bullet. Requires the Reflexes skill to deflect and reflect projectiles.
2. Circle of Life (B/30): Chain Possession between a human, hound, rat, fish, and bloodfly in one use. Order doesn't matter. Can be done in Mission 5 with many enemies in a tight spot. Requires runes to possess humans.
3. Ghostly (S/30): Finish any mission with no alerts.
4. Alternative Approach (B/20): Finish any mission with no kills.
5. Black Market Burglar (B/20): Rob any black market.
6. Souvenirs (S/30): Find all collectible souvenirs for the Dreadful Wale in Missions 1-9.
7. Well Funded (S/30): Find 60% of all loot in the game.
8. Heart Whispers (B/10): Use the Heart to listen to secrets from forty different people.
9. Art Collector (S/30): Obtain all collectible paintings.
10. Clockwork Collector (S/30): Obtain 3 clockwork soldier plaques.
11. Rogue (B/10): Eliminate 20 unaware enemies.
12. Acrobat (B/10): Perform 10 drop assassinations.
13. Shadow (G/50): Finish the game with no alerts.
14. Flesh and Steel (S/50): Finish the game with no powers. Obtainable in New Game Plus.
15. The Royal Protector (S/50): Finish the game as Corvo.
16. The Empress (S/50): Finish the game as Emily.
17. In Good Conscience (S/50): Finish the game in low chaos.
18. Empire in Chaos (S/30): Finish the game in high chaos.
19. The Lovers (B/10): Link two targets with Domino just before one kills the other.
20. Songs of Serkonos (B/10): In Missions 2, 6, and 8, listen to all three songs from the musician duo.
21. Sliding Marksman (B/10): Score a headshot while sliding.
22. Royal Spymaster (B/10): In Missions 2-9, peruse all audiographs and journals from Meagan Foster and Anton Sokolov aboard the ship.
23. Clean Hands (G/50): Finish the game with no kills. Check the Stats screen frequently for accidental kills.

Trophy Unlock Notes:

• Circle of Life: Order of possession targets doesn't matter. Mission 5 is ideal due to enemy density. Requires runes for human possession.
• Clean Hands: Any kill invalidates this trophy. Monitor the Stats screen for unexpected kills due to glitches. Ensure the game is updated to the latest patch.
• Eureka: The game only checks if a puzzle solution was presented before solving. You can find the solution, note it, reload, and input it as if found legitimately. Puzzle solutions do not randomize.
• Fatal Redirect: Requires the Reflexes skill to deflect and reflect projectiles, primarily bullets.
• Fearless Fall: Perform an assassination from the tallest point of the central tower onto guards on the dock terraces below. Blink or Far Reach is needed to reach the top. Nonlethal takedowns may also work.
• Flesh & Steel: Can be unlocked in New Game Plus, even if powers were used in the first playthrough.
• Heartbeat Reaper: For players without Bend Time (Emily), knock six targets unconscious, stack them, and use a grenade or springrazor.
• Occult Carver: Crafting 10 bonecharms requires 30 whalebone pieces and two bonecharm abilities (by sacrificing two charms). A one-rune investment is needed to learn the skill. Destroying customized bonecharms yields 2 pieces minimum, reducing the required materials.
