From under the bridge connecting Downtown to Prawn Island, look left for the VCN Building (Northeast Downtown, Map B-[3, 4]). This is a major television station.

Head north and curve west. To your left is the large blue and white U-shaped V.A.J. Building (Northeast Downtown, Map B-3), featuring a large sculpture in its courtyard.

Directly across the street north of the V.A.J. Building are some small buildings, and just north of them is The Dirtbike Track (Northeast Downtown, Map A-3). This is where you can do Time Trials.

Continue forward to the next road curve going north. On the outside of this curve is The Hyman Condo (Northwest Downtown, Map A-3), a major residence that becomes an asset property in GTA: Vice City.

Go north through the road curve, turn left at the next four-way intersection, and stop at the next one. At the southwest corner is The Mendez Building (Northwest Downtown, Map A-2), a property owned by The Mendez Brothers.

West of The Mendez Building is Hyman Memorial Stadium (Northwest Downtown, Map A-[1, 2], B-[1, 2]), the main stadium for Vice City events.

From the stadium, turn left, go through the next three-way intersection, and stop at the next one. At the southeast corner is Schuman Health Care Center (Northwest Downtown, Map B-3), where you respawn if Wasted in the West Side Downtown area.

From the intersection with the hospital, turn left and stop at the next three-way intersection. On the north side is Downtown Ammu-Nation (North Downtown, Map B-3), where you can buy weapons.

Turn around and head back to the intersection with the hospital. Go south and look for an alley to your right, which leads to 8-Ball's Bomb Shop (Northwest Downtown, Map B-2). Here you can rig vehicles with car bombs.

Continue forward towards the next road curve. Just before it, to your right, is King Knuts (Downtown) (Central Downtown, Map B-2), a struggling fast-food chain.

Take the road curve going east and stop at the next four-way intersection. At the northwest corner is the Downtown Fire Department (Central Downtown, Map [B, C]-3), where you can start the Firetruck Mission.

At the northeast corner of this intersection is the Downtown Police Department (Central Downtown, Map C-3), where you respawn if Busted in the West Side Downtown area.

From the police department, turn right, pass the Moist Palms Hotel Construction Site, and turn right at the next three-way intersection. Go through the next three-way intersection and stop at the road curve going south. On the outside of this curve is a path leading to The Compound Safehouse (Northwest Little Haiti, Map C-2), which becomes Phil's Place in GTA: Vice City.
