    Acquiring Sites: You can take back sites from other gangs and go to war with them again if needed. Consider taking over all sites on the west island first, as they tend to have fewer attacks once upgraded. On the east side, attacks can be frequent. Gang wars occur off-mission; completing missions or activities puts gangs in a temporary truce state.

    Business Types: There are six business types: Prostitution, Loan Shark, Protection Racket, Drugs, Robbery, and Smuggling. To achieve 100% completion, you must own all thirty Empire Sites and have at least one High-Roller Business of each type.

    Reputation Missions: Completing all Reputation Missions for all six business types is required for 100% completion and earns the Smart Suit outfit. You only need to complete the Reputation Missions for one site of a specific business type to maximize profits for all sites of that type.   • The Bikers may take over other gang sites if left alone. You can wait for them to eliminate a gang and then take over the unoccupied sites. Ensure you have at least one Robbery, one Smuggling, and two Drug Businesses before doing this.
  • To get to the Sharks before the Bikers, open up the East Side as quickly as possible.
  • Complete open missions and activities quickly to prevent gangs from removing rivals before you can take advantage of their removal or secure necessary business types.
  • Consider doing Reputation Missions for Prostitution, Loan Shark, and Protection Racket early to generate more income for acquiring and upgrading sites.
