This guide details the locations of Red Balloons in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, specifically focusing on those found in Little Havana (LTV) and surrounding areas. Each entry includes map coordinates, directions, and any specific notes for retrieval.

1. [LHI-BN26]

   Map: (D-2)

   Directions: From Red Balloon [LHI-BN26], head south until you reach the chain-link fence, then turn left and stop when you get back to the street. Look up and northwest to find the Redwood Jr. billboard and the Balloon underneath.

2. [LHI-BN28]

   Map: (D-2)

   Directions: From the three-way intersection at the southeast corner of Vice City Printing Works, take the road curve on the north side of this intersection and head east. Turn left at the next three-way intersection. Continue forward and stop at the next three-way intersection. At the southeast corner of this intersection is a light green shack. The Balloon can be found underneath the awning in front.

   Under the Miamta Theater banner.

   Under the overhang in front of the El Peluquero Feliz Barber Shop.

   Near the top of a tall palm tree.

   Directions: Near the southeast corner of the intersection where you found Red Balloon [LTV-BN30] is an alley that leads to the center of the block ahead. Go south into this alley, which leads to a basketball court area. Go through the courts and stop at the wall. There should be a tall palm tree here with the Balloon near the top.

6. [LTV-BN32]

   Map: (E-2)

   Under a set of stairs.

   Directions: Head to the three-way intersection next to FinalBuild Construction. At the south side of this intersection is an alley. Go south into this alley then angle west to find an enclosed area with a set of stairs where you can find the Balloon near the top.

7. [LTV-BN33]

   Map: (E-3)

   Behind the Redwood Jr. display that sits atop the Deli across the street north of the Little Havana Police Station.

   Directions: Go behind the Deli to the north and stand atop a car. You should be able to get the Balloon from here with an Assault Rifle.

8. [LTV-BN34]

   Map: (F-3)

   Underneath one of the palm trees at the entrance of the Little Havana Police Station.

   Notes: Go up the stairs behind the Police Station to gain access to the Balloon.

9. [LTV-BN35]

   Under the south part of a teal and lavender apartment building.
