Complete guide to Part 97 of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, detailing the locations, vehicles, and strategies for completing challenging stunt jumps.
This section of the guide covers specific stunt jumps in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. These jumps require precise execution and specific vehicles to complete.
- Part 97 Jump 1
Location: In the alley next door east of the Washington Beach Apartments.
Map: (F-5).
Vehicle: PCJ-600, Streetfighter.
Heading: North to South.
Notes: This is a very picky Jump. You need to get a minimum of 40 Meters or land on the roof of the building across the street. The path to the Jump is not a straight line, making it hard to get the speed you need. If you scrape either the Apartment building or the red building at either side of the Jump as you fly, you will auto-fail.
- [OCB-J30] A metal ramp
Location: On the roof of a building.
Map: (G-5).
Directions: From the entrance to Ocean Heights Apartments, head east and stop at the next three-way intersection. At the southeast corner of this intersection is a white building with blue trim. Use the stairs at the east side of this building to access the rooftop.
Vehicle: Streetfighter.
Heading: South to North.
Notes: After climbing to the top of the blue and white building, look north to see the ramp a couple of buildings ahead. Back the wheels to the south edge of this roof before making your run. When you begin your approach, lean down to get enough speed. You must clear the large building to succeed.
- [OCB-J31] A large rock
Location: South of the wooden bridge leading to The Lighthouse.
Map: (H-5).
Vehicle: Jetski.
Heading: South to North and land in the water on the opposite side of the bridge.
Notes: The bridge will prevent you from returning to open water, so you will need to abandon your craft afterwards.
- [OCB-J32] A mossy covered white rock ramp
Location: Next to, and north, of The Lighthouse.
Map: (H-5).
Vehicle: Jetski.
Heading: North to South.
Notes: Although you should land in the water, you do not have to in order to succeed.
