Empire Building (Part Two)

After opening up the East Side, you can continue Empire Building. You have a choice: wait for the Bikers to remove the Sharks and Cholos, or do it yourself if the Bikers don't control all three remaining Business Types (Robbery, Drug, Smuggling). If they don't, you'll need to take them from the Sharks. It's recommended to complete the Air Rescue side-mission first to max out your Health and use a bulletproof vehicle. Finish the Red Balloons to get the M249 Weapon and acquire ammo before attacking the Sharks. If any of your Sites are attacked, you can cancel it by attacking another Site. When you take over a Site, convert it into a High-Roller Prostitution Business or a High-Roller business of its type. This is crucial for the Drug Business Type to avoid a bug that prevents 100% completion if acquired later. After dealing with the Cholos and Sharks, use the Save/Reload trick to stop attacks and repair damaged businesses. Robbery Businesses are the most profitable. Making a High-Roller Business of any new type earns a new Outfit: Hood (Robbery), Tracksuit (Drug), or Smuggler (Smuggling). Each new Business Type also provides a unique vehicle: Landstalker (Robbery), Stallion (Drug), or Sabre Turbo (Smuggling).

Reputation Missions (Part Two)

Each of the three new Business Types (Drug, Smuggling, Robbery) has six Reputation Missions for maximum profitability and 100% Completion. After your first mission, you'll receive a ranking, increasing business profitability. It's advised to wait until all thirty Sites are taken over before doing Robbery and Smuggling Reputation Missions, as some Sites are used for them. Completing the last Reputation Mission for a Business Type grants another ranking and maximizes its reputation and profit. Completing all Reputation Missions for Prostitution, Loan Shark, Protection Racket, Drug, Smuggling, and Robbery businesses earns the Smart Suit Outfit.
