Yi's abilities can be customized through a skill tree, which builds up as you fight. While most major abilities are granted at specific story points, the skill tree allows players to tailor their fighting style. You cannot respec skills, but it is possible to max out the entire skill tree by the end of the game. Healing is done via a small pipe, and you can find upgrades to increase its uses and your maximum health. A significant customization option comes from 'Jade Stones', which provide bonus abilities and stats. You can equip more Jade Stones as you progress, and they can significantly alter your playstyle. Yi also gains a bow later in the game, offering a ranged attack option with three different shot types. This allows for considerable build variety to cater to individual playstyles.
