Walkthrough

From the Pavilion, head west to the "Cortex Center" via the upper walkway. Use a charge attack on the guard to proceed.

After a scene in a control room, find a Root Node and head left. Hack a node to open a gate, then use ropes and grapple points to ascend. Collect a Treasure Chest on the right.

Head left and down. Break a rock to access the middle area. Hack down two ropes to reach a chest on the right.

Continue down the normal path, using grapple points. At the bottom, drop a rope for a shortcut, then drop further to find a big chest containing the Kunlun Immortal Portrait.

Enter the "Factory (Great hall)". Head left, being cautious of flame trap floors.

Kill soldiers and use trap floors to reach an upper platform. Ride a platform up to encounter the Flying Blade enemy.

To the left of the Flying Blade encounter, navigate a laser room. Wait for the laser to end, then quickly go south, kill the archer, and go left to a machine that protects from the laser. Kill the swordsman first.

From the laser protection machine, go lower left for a Treasure Chest. Return and head to the upper left on the next cycle. Kill the archer and find a Root Node.

Heal at the Root Node, then hack a chest to the left for a Standard Component. Enter the next laser room, hit the green device to protect yourself, and get the Treasure Chest to your lower right. Drop down to reach the "Factory (Underground)".

Open the immediate Treasure Chest for the Swift Descent Jade. Head right to exit back to the Factory and unlock a shortcut door.

Go back to the underground and head left. Choose the right path to find the "Red Tiger Elite" mini-boss. Defeat him for a Standard Component and hack the console to the right.

Head right to an area with spikes and a mechanical unit. Instead, go down, kill enemies, and dash to a Shield Guardian to unlock half of a hidden treasure.

Return to the middle level and go left, avoiding falling spikes. Use ropes to go left, ignoring the elevator for now. Find a Root Node that transports you back to your mentor.

After receiving the mid-air dash ability, use it to navigate the obstacle course.

Head back to the broken machine area (right and up) and air dash to get the Abandoned Mines Chip.

Continue right, staying on the upper path to find the Evacuation Notice for Miners. Note the "Abandoned Mines" area to the right, but do not enter yet.

Go back and southeast to a peculiar room where you can hide inside a container, leading to the "Apeman Facility (Depths)".

Navigate the cave area in the "Apeman Facility (Depths)", using your air dash to avoid red spikes. At the bottom, open a chest for money and the Fusang Amulet.

Continue right, navigating a spike pit. Hack a rope and go down. Note the gap to the left but do not go there yet. Head right to find a Root Node.

From the Root Node, go up the left rope and dash left between spikes to find the mini-boss, Celestial Specter: Shanguai.

Tips

Use charge attacks to break open paths and defeat certain enemies.
The "CRAZY ROOM" laser trap can be survived with enough health, but it's better to wait it out and quickly access the protection machine.
The Flying Blade enemy can be countered by dodging its dive-bomb and attacking from there.
The Red Tiger Elite mini-boss is easier than previous encounters, but be mindful of the falling red spikes.
When fighting Celestial Specter: Shanguai, utilize the Azure Sand on the left for an advantage. Shoot arrows to the right of the sand to break the urn only when needed.
Shanguai's attacks have randomness; be prepared to dodge bombs and crimson attacks. Rushing behind him after his crimson attack provides free hits.
