The Setup So, William was a pirate, then got hired by the English government to snag these special "Amrita" stones. Turns out, these stones are a big deal in the fight against Spain. Because of that, William ends up in the slammer. But with his Guardian Spirit, Saoirse, guiding him, he's gonna make a break for it. The Escape As you navigate the Tower of London, you'll overhear Edward Kelley and John Dee talking about Amrita and how Kelley needs to get to Japan to grab more before England's rivals do. You'll face off against Derrick the Executioner. After you beat him the first time, Kelley, using the power of Amrita, brings Derrick back to life to fight you again. This is where Saoirse really comes into play. Use her power to defeat Derrick for good. In the chaos, Kelley nabs Saoirse. With no other options, William takes a leap of faith from the Tower of London into the River Thames. His goal now? To chase after Kelley, rescue Saoirse, and he ends up on a ship called the Liefde, which eventually takes him all the way to Japan. Objective Your main goal here is to defeat Derrick the Executioner. Easy peasy, right? Titles to Earn There's a title called "The Man with the Guardian Spirit Traveler" if you can beat the mission in under 2 minutes and 10 seconds. It'll net you 20 Reputation Points. Rewards Upon completion, you'll get some Gold and Amrita. More importantly, you'll unlock one of the Guardian Spirits: Kato, Isonade, or Daiba-Washi. You'll also unlock entries for William and Edward Kelley in your Codex. There you have it – your first mission is complete!
