Turn around and beware of the far guard firing a crossbow; sidestep the slow arrows and take him out.

Enter the guarded room, take out the stationary guard when the patrolling guard moves away, then sneak up on the patrolling guard. Loot the chest for cloth armor and the dropped Medicine.

Head to the back of the area, go through the busted wall, and head up the stairs. Follow your spirit towards the shrine and pray.

Praying at this shrine will bring all enemies back to life, good for experience but bad for progression.

In the same room, loot the chest by the large doors (which cannot be opened yet) to gain a spear and trigger the "Changing Weapons" tutorial. You can equip two weapons and swap them using R1 and LEFT/RIGHT, and ranged weapons with R1 and UP/DOWN.

Take out the two guards in the next area: kill the immobile one first when the moving guard leaves him alone, watching out for his spear thrust. Loot the large chest in the left altar area.

Enter the room on the left for another chest.

Eavesdrop on the two men plotting in the nearby room.

Move past the area where you can drop down and check the path in the back for another chest.

Head into the next room and kill the patrolling guard.

Go right to a dead end with a chest and destroy boxes, then take the left route.

Take the first exit to fight another patrolling guard and unlock the door in the back, which was near the prayer shrine.

Head back to the stairs and keep going down into a hallway. Take out the three guards at the back: let the patrolling one spot you to fight him solo, then take on the two standing guards one at a time. Loot the chest near the first standing guard and the big chest in the back. The door here is boarded up.

Head back to the outside area. Take out the guard below you.

Choose to go left to face tougher KNIGHTS (they drop gear and medicine, but are difficult) or go straight. If you go left, loot the chest against the wall.

Break the boxes straight ahead to find a corpse indicating the exit is in the tower. Loot the chest down the stairs to the left of the corpse.

Further on, you will see two KNIGHTS guarding the next area. You can try to lure them one at a time. If you kill them, loot the area they were guarding for two big chests.

Equipping Plate Mail is an option after defeating the knights, offering better defense at the cost of speed.

Head back to the ramp area and enter the door to find a shrine area.

Tips

Arrows from crossbow guards travel extremely slow and can be easily sidestepped.
Praying at the shrine revives all enemies, which is good for experience but hinders progression.
You can fall down from an upper area to attack a stationary guard below for massive damage.
If you choose to fight the Knights, you can lure one out with a stone-throw, though it's not guaranteed.
Fighting Knights can be done by luring them back to the ramp area and fighting on the stairs to separate them.
