The Soul Weaver — Pathways into Darkness Walkthrough

You are a U.S. Army Special Forces operative sent to stop an ancient godlike being from awakening and destroying Earth.

Your mission is to enter a pyramid in the Yucatan Peninsula, reach the bottom level, and detonate a low-yield nuclear device.

During deployment, your parachute fails, separating you from your team and presumed dead. You begin with only a flashlight and survival knife.

Monsters created by the slowly waking god inhabit the pyramid. The god will fully awaken in five game days.

Gameplay blends first-person shooter, RPG, and survival horror elements. Solve puzzles and converse with the dead via a magic yellow crystal for clues.

Combat requires careful strategy; monsters respawn, ammo is scarce, and you move at similar speeds. Health is regained by resting (risky) or rare blue potions.

Items found grant points, increasing health. Categories include Weapons, Crystals (with limited uses, except the yellow one), Potions (temporary effects), Miscellaneous Items (puzzle-solving, inventory), and Treasure (score and health boosts).
