Enter an ancient pyramid in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Your parachute failed, separating you from your team and leaving you with only a flashlight and survival knife.

The pyramid is filled with monsters created by the slowly waking god.

Reach the bottom level of the pyramid.

Detonate a low-yield nuclear device to stun the Dreaming God and bury it under rock.

Tips

Conserve ammo; it is rare.
Not all monsters can be killed conventionally.
Monsters respawn over time.
Move at the same speed as monsters; avoid direct confrontation when possible.
Health can only be regained by resting (risky, speeds up time) or by drinking rare blue potions.
Blue potions are crucial for curing poison, especially in later levels.
Save blue potions for when they are most needed.
The Walther P4 handgun and survival knife are your starting weapons for roughly half the game.
Picking up certain objects grants points; every two points yield one health point.
Use the yellow crystal to talk with the dead for puzzle clues, strategies, and story information.
Type keywords into the dialogue box to interact with the dead.
Be aware that crystals shatter after multiple uses, except for the yellow crystal.
Potions have temporary effects, ranging from invincibility to slowing time.
Miscellaneous items are used for puzzles, navigation (map), or unique roles (tinderbox).
