Alright, so you've made it to Route 14 in Pokémon Black and White! This route is a bit misty and acts as a bridge between Black City/White Forest and Undella Town. It's got some interesting Pokémon to catch and a few tough trainers to deal with, so let's get you through it.

Pokémon Encounters:

• Tall/Dark Grass: You'll find Jigglypuff (20%), Golduck (20%), Shuckle (5%), Altaria (10%), Tropius (15%), Drifblim (10%), Beheeyem (10%), Mienfoo (10%), and Mienshao (10% in dark grass only).
• Shaking Grass: Keep an eye out for Wigglytuff (5%), Audino (85%), and Emolga (10%).
• Swarm: If Yanma is swarming, you've got a 40% chance to find it.
• Surf: You can encounter Buizel (30%), Red/Blue Basculin (70%), and Floatzel (10% in rippling water).
• Surf/Super Rod: Red/Blue Basculin (70%) and Goldeen (70%) are common.
• Super Rod: You'll find Goldeen (70%), Seaking (10%), and Red/Blue Basculin (70%).
• Fishing: Rippling water can increase encounters for Buizel (60%), Red/Blue Basculin (30%), Goldeen (60%), and Seaking (10%).

Items: You can find a Max Elixir, an Ultra Ball, a Reaper Cloth, and TM08 Bulk Up along this route.

Walkthrough:

If you're coming from Black City or White Forest, you'll start on some higher ground. Head down the stairs to your right. A little ways ahead, you'll see a female Ace Trainer. You can battle her or try to sneak past, but her Pokémon are pretty strong at Level 68, so be prepared!

After passing her and going down another set of stairs, you have a choice. You can head north into the grass, which leads to Abundant Shrine. However, you'll need HM05 Waterfall from Route 18 to get through the waterfalls there. If you're not ready for that, just keep heading right towards Undella Town. The path is pretty straightforward, but watch out for more trainers.

You might run into Giallo, one of the Seven Sages, on your way to Abundant Shrine. Just be aware that there are a couple of tough trainers lurking around this area too.

Continuing straight to the right will take you towards Undella Town. The route is pretty linear from here, so it should be smooth sailing. Just stay alert for a couple more challenging trainers.
