Route 9

Navigate Route 9 in Pokémon Black and White! Discover wild Pokémon, find useful items, and prepare for the challenges ahead before reaching Opelucid City.

Route 9 is a pretty short route, and you'll notice it's a hotspot for bikers! While you can totally hug the bottom fence to skip most of the wild Pokémon encounters, I really think the experience is worth it. The trainers here aren't too tough, and you'll get some good experience points. Plus, just north of here is Shopping Mall Nine, which has some really neat items and trainers you might want to check out later.

When you're all set, just head east through the gatehouse to reach Opelucid City.
