When you're ready, head north through the city. You'll spot the gym nestled into the left-hand wall, decorated with ice effigies.
Pro-Tip: If you're playing during Winter, make sure to pop into the south-most house for a rare RageCandyBar!
Before you take on the gym leader, you might want to consider a detour. Heading east out of the city will lead you to Route 8 and the Moor of Icirrus. It's a great place to get some extra experience if you need it, or you can visit it later since you'll have to pass through Route 8 eventually anyway. The choice is yours!
