Alright, let's dive into Undella Town! It's a pretty chill summer spot on the coast of Unova, but things can get a bit quiet outside of the sunny season. Don't let the calm fool you, though – there are some cool things to do here.

First off, head left from the Pokémon Center. You'll find a lady looking out at the sea. Chat with her, and she'll hand over HM06 Dive! Teach this to one of your Water-type Pokémon, and you'll be able to explore the Abyssal Ruins later on by heading east to Undella Bay. Super useful for finding hidden stuff!

Next up, if you go into the house directly above the Pokémon Center, you'll run into a familiar face if you played Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum. Yep, it's Cynthia, the Sinnoh League Champion! She's not just here for a quick hello; she's up for a battle. Now, a heads-up: she's got a seriously tough team of Level 75-77 Pokémon. If you're not feeling super confident, it might be wise to come back later when you're a bit stronger. No need to get your pride hurt early on!

Trainer Battle: Cynthia

So, Cynthia's here to test your skills with some really high-level Pokémon. Here's what she's packing:

• Spiritomb - Level 75 (Ghost/Dark)
• Eelektross - Level 75 (Electric)
• Milotic - Level 75 (Water)
• Braviary - Level 75 (Normal/Flying)
• Lucario - Level 75 (Fighting/Steel)

Whew! Cynthia isn't the League Champion for nothing. All of her Pokémon are powerhouses. Spiritomb can be tricky since it only has one weakness (Fighting-type moves against its Ghost typing) and it likes to use Double Team to make itself harder to hit, so try to stay aggressive. Eelektross is weak to Ground-type attacks, especially if you have something like an Excadrill with Mold Breaker to bypass its Levitate ability. The rest of her team have more straightforward weaknesses, but watch out for Garchomp – it's both fast and strong, which is a dangerous combination.

To the west of town, you'll find a huge mansion – the Riches' Mansion. Right to the south of it, there's a young boy who's eager for a Pokémon battle. Don't worry, he's way easier than Cynthia! After you beat him, he'll invite you into the mansion. If you come back the next day, you can battle him again, plus another family member. And the day after that, you can battle those two plus another person. This continues until you've beaten the sixth family member, and then you can't battle them anymore.

Battling the Riches family is a great way to get a lot of experience points, and they pay out a huge amount of money for each victory. If you're looking to make bank, there's a bit of a cheeky trick: before you beat the sixth family member, you can intentionally lose. This lets you keep battling them every day. You'll lose a little money by losing, but you'll still make a net profit if you win a couple of battles. It's a solid way to build up your cash reserves!

If that money-making scheme isn't your style, or you just want even more cash, head over to the Abyssal Ruins and collect those ancient relics. Once you've got a good haul, return to the Riches' Mansion. Go to the end of the west wing, and the item-obsessed father there will buy the relics from you for a pretty penny. It's another great way to get rich!
