Zombies in Quake Champions make a distinct groaning, moaning sound and appear as decomposing corpses. These enemies are already dead and have been re-animated by Quake. Conventional weapons do not work on them, but they can be slowed down and forced to fall over by these weapons. Grenades and rocket launchers are the only conventional weapons that deal effective damage to Zombies.
