Walkthrough

    From the start of the level, enter one of the difficulty selection slipgates (teleporters).

    Walk towards episode 4. You will find a pool of water.

    Jump into the pool and duck underneath the platform you were just standing on.

    Drop through the water. You will land on a wooden beam above the floor.
  5. 5
    Walk along the beam into an archway. This archway is on your left when looking in the direction you walk down the hall to reach episode 4.

    Walk through the archway and then through another slipgate to reach Nightmare mode.

Secrets:

  1. The 'Super Secret', also known as the 'Dopefish Secret', has been moved from its previous location in the Introduction.
  2. The only clue currently available comes from shooting a box on the wall on the way to the Nightmare skill level. The clue reads: "The Well of Wishes awaits in the Crypt of Decay!"
  3. Note that this secret is NOT the staircase underneath the episode selection area.
