Ignition Tank

The Ignition Tank is an item added in the Survivors of the Void expansion. If you have the DLC enabled, this item can seriously amp up any attacks that cause enemies to Ignite (burn). Basically, any attack that would normally make an enemy burn will instead inflict a Stronger Burn. This means your ignite effects deal 300% (and +300% more per stack) damage over time. It's a pretty sweet damage boost!

Enemies hit with this Stronger Burn will spark with reddish-white energy.

Tips

• The Artificer can get a lot of mileage out of this item, especially with her Flame Bolt and Flamethrower. Even one stack of Ignition Tank can nearly double the total damage from these abilities, and more stacks just make them even deadlier.
• Be careful if you're using the Helfire Tincture. While the Ignition Tank makes its debuff much stronger against enemies, it will also hurt you and your allies a lot more. It's a powerful combo, but one you need to manage carefully.
• Besides skills, you can also get the Ignite effect from items like Gasoline and the Molten Perforator. The Ignition Tank boosts these too, so keep an eye out for it if you're building around those items.
