Follow the brown path up and through a hole to find a man who will tell you about a destructible wall.

Locate the cracked wall and choose to shell it.

Follow the brown path up a ramp, then right and up another ramp to the outside.

Go up the first ramp you see and follow the raised path left, then up through a hidden exit at the top of the screen. The Broadcast Tower will be ahead.

Mukadelon Fight:

Required Tools: Ventilation for tanks and the Extinguisher Tool. Purchase these at Audrey if you don't have them. A tank in tow with support and ambush systems does not help.
Attacks: Hypnotic Gas (sleeps all), Tail Thrash (attacks all), Napalm (burns all), Cement Shell (cements all), Bite (one target).

Location: Accessible for the first time by travelling along the Subway Ruins from Eden.

Metal Detector Find: To the right of the hole where you emerge at the Tower, use the Metal Detector to find the 177mm Amorphe (a powerful Main Gun with 30 shells).
