House Behind Field: Check the stove for a Fire Extinguisher, the wooden box for 7 gold and a Healing Capsule, and the chest of drawers for Para-Non. The M-Toll is in the sink.

Equipment Shop: Upstairs, find Army Gloves, Work Clogs, and a Rocket Firework in boxes.

Storerooms: In the left storeroom, find Puppy Gourmet in the sink. In the basement of the right shed, use the Metal Detector to find the Rivet Gun.

Wedding Ring: Visit the house behind the field and speak to the woman who has lost her ring. Go to the field and select "CHECK" to cultivate it. You may need to try multiple times, often in the bottom right corner near the fence, to find the Wedding Ring.

Return the Ring: Give the Wedding Ring to the woman to receive the Ruby Lens. Store this item for later use.

Further Field Digging: Continue cultivating the field to find items like Healing Capsule, Large Rock, 1 gold, Army Gloves, Small Rock, Boomerang, Wrench, and Red Peony's Dagger.

Inn Rooms: You can stay at the inn in either the Plum Room (5 gold) or the Bamboo Room (15 gold, no items).

Shop Behind Inn: Speak to the man here about the Big Cannon and visit the memory center. Collect items from three boxes on the first floor: Rocket Firework, Work Clogs, and Army Gloves. You can only sell Arms when the person with the red cap is at the counter.

Dr. Rafflesia Location: Find Dr. Rafflesia in the small bog to the right above Negi Village, or below the crossroads in the middle of the bog. He may appear immediately or after some time.

Prepare for Dr. Rafflesia: Equip Sister's Towel and Gas Mask. Use these items at the start of each turn to protect your party from sleeping gas. Pine Towel also offers this protection.

Fighting Dr. Rafflesia: Dr. Rafflesia uses attacks like Snaps a tentacle, Spreads pollen (sleeping gas), Swings its scalpel, and Uses its drill. The wanted level (the star icons in the top-right showing how aggressively police pursue you) for Dr. Rafflesia is W2, with a bounty of 1200 gold. He drops 56 experience and possibly Confusion-Hi, along with 122 gold.

Bog Extras: Return to the bog with a Mine or Metal Detector to find 2000 gold in the southeast corner of the crossroads. The weapon W-Chainsaw is in the center of the darker green ground between the two broken roads west of the bog.
