The Flooded Cave — Schedule I Walkthrough

Start the Game: After a cutscene, customize your character. You'll spawn at the bus station. Open your phone ('Tab') and read the message from "Unknown" to start the "Getting Started" quest. Go to the payphone to meet "U.N." (Uncle Nelson), who instructs you to retrieve his stash near the skatepark. Collect $375 from the dead drop.

Rent a Motel Room: Speak to Donna, the motel manager, to get the "Rent a motel room" quest. After dialogue, you can pickpocket Donna to steal back the $75 needed for the room. Enter room 1 to complete the quest. Return to the payphone to speak with Uncle Nelson again.

Buy Equipment: A new questline, "Gearing Up," begins. Go to the hardware store (marked by a yellow star on the map or by following the road). Deposit your cash at the ATM. Purchase a grow tent, soil bag, watering can, "Plant Trimmers," "Packaging Station," and 10 "Baggies." Optionally, buy a trash grabber and a "Trash bag." If you tell Dan you're a drug dealer, he may give you "Speed Grow." Return to your motel room, place the grow tent, and add soil to the pot.

Plant Your First Seeds: Talk to Uncle Nelson again, who introduces Albert Hoover. Open your phone and message Albert to order seeds. Select "I need to order a dead drop" and purchase "OG Kush" seeds. Albert will deliver them to a highlighted dead drop. Pay off your tab at the dead drop behind the hardware store. Sow the seed in the grow tent by pressing 'E' when holding the seed. Water the plant using the watering can, filling it at the sink first. Sleeping after watering speeds up growth and conserves water.

Harvest and Package: Once the plant is fully grown, use the plant trimmers on the grow tent to harvest the buds. Place the "Packaging Station" and interact with it. Drag baggies into the "Packaging" slot and buds into the "Input" slot. Press "Pack" and then drag each bud into a baggie, and the baggie into the hopper. Packaged weed will appear in the output. You can also unpack weed by reversing the process. Jars can also be purchased at the hardware store for storage.
