The Whispering Skull — Schedule I Walkthrough

After the opening cutscene and character customization, you spawn near the bus station. Open your phone ('Tab') and read messages to receive the "Getting Started" quest.

Go to the payphone and speak with "U.N." (Uncle Nelson). He instructs you to retrieve his stash near the skatepark, which contains $375.

Speak to the motel manager, Donna, by knocking on her door. The quest updates to "Rent a motel room."

You can pickpocket Donna to steal back the $75 needed to rent room 1. Enter the room to complete the quest objective.

Return to the payphone to speak with Uncle Nelson again.

A new questline, "Gearing Up," begins. Go to the hardware store (marked by a yellow star on the map, or by following the road).

At the hardware store, deposit your cash at the ATM and purchase a grow tent, a soil bag, and a watering can. It's also recommended to buy "Plant Trimmers," a "Packaging Station," and 10 "Baggies." Consider buying a trash grabber and a "Trash bag" for convenience and a rudimentary quest.

If you tell Dan, the shop owner, you are a drug dealer, he may gift you "Speed Grow."

Return to your motel room, place the grow tent, and fill it with soil.

Go back to the payphone to speak with Uncle Nelson, who introduces you to Albert Hoover.

Open your phone and message Albert Hoover to order seeds. Select "I need to order a [dead drop]" and purchase "OG Kush."

Retrieve the seeds from the designated [dead drop] location. You will be on a tab with Albert.

Sow the OG Kush seed in the grow tent by holding the seed and pressing 'E' near the tent.

Fill the watering can at the sink and water the plant.

Sleep to advance plant growth. Plants grow approximately 15% per in-game hour.

Once the plant is fully grown, use the "Plant Trimmers" on the grow tent to harvest the buds.

Place down the "Packaging Station." Interact with it to package the buds into baggies.
