Complete The Good Roman quest in assassins creed origins by finding Vitruvius and recovering the stolen dioptra parts from the Necropolis Hideout.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head northwest from the farm where you met Praxilla to find a worker near the Lumber Depots point of interest.
  2. 2
Use Senu to spot the treasure, kill the two Romans guarding it, and loot the red chest.
  3. 3
Talk to the workers to start the quest.
  4. 4
Continue northwest to find the aqueduct. Synchronize with the fast travel point at its southeastern end.
  5. 5
Use Senu to spot Vitruvius and treasures at the northwestern point of interest.
  6. 6
Claim the three treasures: one near the fast travel point on the aqueduct, one on the ground near the base of the aqueduct (a restricted area), and one in a tent near Vitruvius.
  7. 7
Head to where Senu spotted Vitruvius. After a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), Bayek will confront Vitruvius.
  8. 8
Talk to Dedi, who last possessed the dioptra. Head north to the aqueduct, climb it, and confront Dedi.
  9. 9
Chase Dedi down. He will explain the dioptra was stolen and split into three parts, lost in caves northwest of the aqueduct.
  10. 10
Head to the Necropolis Hideout point of interest. Use Senu to mark the locations of the three dioptra pieces and other objectives.
  11. 11
Enter a cave northwest of the aqueduct near a waterfall. Scale the northwestern wall to reach a higher ledge.
  12. 12
Continue through the water and follow the waterfall uphill to a large chamber with a pool. Dive in and swim to the north wall, then scale it to reach an elevated section of cavern.
  13. 13
Kill the bandits in this section. Head east to find another exit to the cave, north of the aqueduct.
  14. 14
Head up a wooden ramp southeast of the watery pit to find an exploration area. Grab the Dioptra Stand off a table.
  15. 15
Smash a large urn on the floor nearby, then slide under the hole in the wall the urn blocked to reach a treasure room. Loot the small white chest on the table.
  16. 16
Slide back under the wall and return west to the chamber with the pit. Continue west to exit the cave via a different opening.
  17. 17
Climb stairs, then a ladder, and enter another cave entrance. Continue west, killing bandits, to reach a campsite open to the sky.
  18. 18
West of the campsite, enter another cave. Follow a ledge along the northern end of the chamber to find a table with a note. Reading this note starts the quest “Taking Liberty“.
  19. 19
Continue southwest from the table until you reach the end of the platform. Search the ground to find the Dioptra Sight.
  20. 20
Jump off the southeast ledge and follow a tunnel southwest to exit the cavern complex under some ruins.
  21. 21
Kill any bandits and climb the cliff to the north to reach the ruins.
  22. 22
One of the bandits here will have the final piece, the Dioptra Protactors. Loot a large red chest to complete the Necropolis Hideout.
  23. 23
Fast travel back to the fast travel point on the aqueduct, jump down, and return to Vitruvius.
