Points of Interest: Of Siwa

Complete the Coral Escarpment Camp, Ptolemy Statue, Home, Amun Stone Circle, Vulture Lair, and Ibex Lair in assassins creed origins. Rewards include XP.

Coral Escarpment Camp

This is the last stronghold for the pharaoh’s soldiers in Siwa. It is located north of Hepzefa’s home and may have been encountered during the quest “Water Rats”. The objective is to kill a level 3 captain and loot a chest. Summon Senu to mark enemies and the captain. Approach from the southeastern road; the alarm brazier is on a roof to the right after entering. The chest is also on this roof. Kill the captain and loot the chest to complete this point of interest.

Ptolemy Statue

Head southwest from Hepzefa’s home to find a Ptolemy Statue on a street corner. These statues are propaganda for the current Pharaoh. Smash the statue to gain a reward. Mark any soldiers in the area as they will react to the destruction.

Home

Return to Bayek’s home, located west-southwest of Hepzefa’s home and north-east of the fast travel location near Camp Shetjeh. Loot one chest on the bottom floor to complete this location objective. You will recover a Sickle Sword and Khemu’s Toy.

Amun Stone Circle

Travel southwest of the House of Life into the desert to find an “Align the Stars” point of interest, the Amun Stone Circle. Press the interact button to begin the event, which starts at night. The goal is to find and align the constellation with its celestial counterpart. The target constellation has the same number of stars in the same formation. Some Stone Circles have Silica nearby; this one has Silica behind surrounding rocks. Completing this starts the quest “Bayek’s Promise,” which requires finding twelve such stone circles across Egypt. Some may require leveling up due to inhospitable areas.

Vulture Lair

Fast travel to the Siwa fast travel point and follow the road southeast out of town towards the pyramid. The sacked village is now a Vulture Lair. You must slay a stronger vulture specimen to complete the objective. Summon Senu to scan and mark the target vulture. Stalk and kill it. Vultures will attack if provoked. After killing the target, search the ruins for chests and other containers.

Ibex Lair

North of the lake east of Siwa, you will find two more points of interest, including the Ibex Lair. Halma Point is also located east of the Temple of Amun.
