Huntress Cave: After finishing 'Reunion,' Tahira asks you to meet her at her camp south of the ruined temple. Loot the red chest in her cave to complete this point of interest. Talk to Tahira to get the next objective.

Desher Bluff: Tahira will lead you east to an island where the first group of Roman hunters is. Now, Tahira's an NPC, so she might complicate stealth if you're trying to be sneaky. If you're careful, you can still try to pick them off quietly. While you're here, keep an eye out for some treasure nearby – grabbing it shouldn't mess with your Roman hunt. Use Senu to spot the treasure and mark your targets. The swamps offer plenty of cover, making it pretty easy to take them all out.

Ruined Temple of Sobek: After dealing with the hunters at Desher Bluff, Tahira will guide you northwest to the ruined temple of Sobek, where crocodiles hang out. More Romans are here, hunting the crocs and undoing your previous work. The cover here isn't as great as before, especially for the three stragglers north of the temple, but you should still be able to sneak up on most of them. Clear them out.

Hippopotamus Lair: Tahira leads you to the final spot, a Hippopotamus Lair northeast of the temple. This group can be easy or tough depending on how the hippos behave. If the hippos distract or take out some Romans, you can easily finish off the survivors. If not, there's less cover here. Your goal is to kill the Romans. If they haven't already killed the target hippo, you'll need to do that too. If they did kill it, just hang around for a bit, and you should still get credit.
Once that's all done, chat with Tahira. She'll thank you, and you'll wrap up the 'Predator to Prey' quest. You'll get a good chunk of XP and the Alchemist's Dream hunter bow.
