Alright, so you're looking to clear up a side quest called "Abuse of Power" on the outskirts of Sais. First, you'll need to pick up three marked bundles of wheat and load them onto the nearby cart. It's not exactly Medjay work, but hey, it helps the farmer out.

Once the cart is loaded, deploy Senu, your eagle companion. Use her to scan the area and locate the tax collector. You know Bayek's stance on tax collectors, right?

After spotting him, head into Sais. The tax collector likes to make his rounds there. He's a level 17 warrior who uses a heavy blunt weapon, and he's not alone – he's got two level 17 spearmen with him.

Dealing with these three shouldn't be too tough. You can take them out with archery from a distance, or get in close for an assassination to start the fight with an advantage. Whichever way you prefer, once they're dealt with, the quest will be complete.

Tips

The tax collector and his guards are all level 17, so make sure Bayek is around that level to avoid too much trouble.
Don't hesitate to use Senu to scout ahead and get the drop on the enemies.
If you're struggling in direct combat, use your bow to pick off enemies from a safe distance before engaging.
