Tradition Kuji Kiri Quest Walkthrough

The Tradition Kuji Kiri quest becomes available as you progress. The Kuji Kiri can be found in four locations in the Izumi Settsu region: Eboshigata Hachiman Shrine, Fujibayashi Homestead, Rolling Glen, and Kawachi Heights. The game will automatically trigger the quest based on your progression, regardless of which location you visit first.

Speak with Sandayu, who is standing directly in front of you. Follow him to Aekuni Shrine.

Go up the stairs and speak with Nagato. Respond in any way you choose to trigger a scene.

You will need to prove yourself by defeating Fujita Juro in a duel.

To win the duel, adopt a defensive strategy. Wait for Fujita Juro to attack, parry his blue attacks, and counter with one or two strikes. Dodge sideways to avoid any red glows.

After defeating Fujita Juro, a cutscene will play.

Head west up the hill and crawl through a small hole in the fence to enter Hijiyama Fort.

Use the Grapple Hook to reach the roof of the watchtower.

Slowly walk up the nearby slope and knock out the guard facing away from you.

You can ignore the two enemies ahead by approaching the gate and grappling to the roof.

Eavesdrop on the fighters directly opposite you by holding L2/LT.

Locate the Oda Clan Plans deeper within the fort. Use the Grapple Point to the right and swing across.

Walk up the slope and knock out the enemy to the right of the entrance.

Head to the rooftop and walk across, then drop down at the back of the building.

Climb through the window and grab the Oda Clan Plans from the table to complete the quest.
