    From the chest, go RIGHT and speak to the man past the vendor. This is Guy the Insurance Agent. He will explain insurance to the party, and then he will join the clan (9/23).

    Return to the CASTLE north of town. To the right of the queen, you'll find a chest with a SACRED WATER.

    To begin the side quest "A Little Vacation," take your airship SOUTHWEST of New Wyrnshire to an un-named location in the woods.

    Land and walk up to the house. Head inside to find Hamlet and Becky. Follow them to the balcony upstairs.

    After they jump, head back outside to see the pigs flee. A man riding a huge pig will appear, angry about you disturbing his pigs. Prepare for a boss fight.

BOSS ENCOUNTER: FRIDOLYN

This fight is more of an endurance test than a traditional boss fight. Fridolyn is a magician with a lot of health, but his attacks are weak, dealing around 50 damage each. The strategy is to keep REGEN on the party and use Glenn's "Arms Break." Apply Bleed (and optionally Poison) to Fridolyn, have Victor cast buffs, Glenn use "Arms Break," and Sienna and Lenne deal damage. Maintain the "Overdrive" state and use a group heal every 4-5 rounds if needed. An ultimate attack can also be used. The fight will take time due to Fridolyn's health, but it is not difficult. You will receive a GRIMOIRE SHARD upon victory.

  1. After the fight, Fridolyn will explain his magic-infused farming and give you a SOUL OF FARNESE. The party will suggest he take a vacation on a nearby island.
  2. Leave the area and travel to the island. You'll find Fridolyn relaxing with his pigs. On the beach to the left, a sparkle contains a RUSTY ANCHOR.
