The Barber Heart is a Wrathful Malignant Heart that drops from World Tier 3 onwards. It's highly recommended for crit-focused builds due to its power to amplify damage after critical strikes. This means subsequent critical hits stack, increasing the damage multiplier for both regular and critical damage, creating strong synergy.

Builds that crit easily, such as Chain Lightning Sorcerer or Bone Spear Necromancer, benefit greatly from The Barber Heart. It's also recommended to pair it with the Tempting Fate Vicious Heart, which increases Critical Strike Damage. This combination allows critical hits to be modified by Tempting Fate, stored, and then stacked with subsequent crits within The Barber's timer, further amplified by its damage multiplier.
