    Free the Villagers from their Cages: Locate and destroy eight cages scattered around the area, marked by diamonds on the mini-map. Each cage is guarded by enemies. After freeing them, regroup in the northwest and speak to Akhin. You can find a Scribbled Note by destroying a Giant's Fang near the regrouping point.

    Defend the Villagers: Protect the regrouped villagers from a Lacuni attack originating from two cave entrances to the northwest and northeast. Kill enemies until the defense bar fills, then defeat any remaining Elites.

    Enter the Caves and Damage Dweller In The Dark: Enter either cave and proceed north. You will be ambushed by the Dweller In The Dark. Damage it enough to trigger the next objective. Avoid its chain attack by moving away from the boss.

    Destroy the Pillars: In the caves, destroy eleven pillars marked by diamonds on the mini-map. Attack them until destroyed, then move away to avoid AoE damage. Dodge the Dweller In The Dark's attacks as you destroy the pillars. If positioned correctly, falling pillars can damage the Dweller.

    Defeat the Dweller In The Dark: After destroying all pillars, escape the cave. If the Dweller is still alive, defeat its remaining form in the next area.

    Speak to Keitseh: Exit the caves and head southeast to find Keitseh. Defeat any remaining enemies along the way.

    Defeat Kirma, Blood Bargainer: Upon reaching Keitseh's location, you will be ambushed by Kirma. Kirma uses lightning projectiles, Blood Explosion (indicated by a red glyph on the floor), and Blood Rain (raining blood projectiles with red circles on the ground). Avoid these attacks by staying mobile.

    Second Phase - Free Villagers and Fight Kirma, Ascended: When Kirma's health reaches a quarter, it will teleport and enemies will spawn. Destroy two cages (northeast and southeast) to free villagers. Kirma will then reappear as a transformed, hulking beast.

  • Kichuk Stronghold is located in the far east of the Teganze Plateau in Nahantu.
  • The nearest Waypoints are Zarbinzet (exit south, head southwest) or The Den (head northeast, then east, then south, then east).
