Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless Guide

Starting the Quest: You'll want to head to Upper Kurast. From the Kurast Bazaar Waypoint, make your way southeast. Keep going past the Kurast Undercity Spirit Brazier and around the garden area. You're looking for a guard who's tending to someone in distress near the southeastern wall. Chat with them to get the quest started. They'll mention the Burned Knights and point you towards Faith's Torch Camp in Seven Stones.

Heading to Faith's Torch Camp: From Upper Kurast, you can either teleport to Kurast Docks or Samuk Waypoint. Kurast Docks is usually a bit easier to get to the camp from. Once you're at Kurast Docks, take the western exit and follow the paths southwest until you reach Seven Stones. Once you're in the general area of Seven Stones, look for Faith's Torch. It's located in the northeast corner of Seven Stones. Head northwest, then take the second path heading east to find the camp itself.

Speaking with Priest Dmitriy: As you enter the camp, you'll find Priest Dmitriy stuck in a pillory. Talk to him to learn his story. Things get a little hairy when one of the Knights breaks free from his cage – time to fight! Don't worry too much, just pop your ultimate ability and go to town on him. He'll go down quickly. After the fight, speak with Dmitriy again.

Picking up the Report: Dmitriy will tell you there's a report on a nearby table that you need to take to his superiors in Gea Kul. He'll say he'll be freed soon enough, so don't worry about breaking him out yourself. The report is on a table to the southwest, near a tent. Grab it and then make your way to Gea Kul.

Handing Over the Report: Once you're in Gea Kul, you're looking for a church. From the Gea Kul Waypoint, head north. You'll need to take the alleyway to the left of the building that's next to the Stable Master. Follow it to the end, and you'll meet Prava. Talk to her and hand over the message from Dmitriy.

Quest Complete: Prava will be quite shocked by the contents of the message. She'll tell you that whatever is going on needs to be stopped. This will officially end the 'Sacrament of the Faithless' quest and immediately trigger the follow-up, 'Tenets of Depravity: An End to Suffering'.
